1. General Policy

Tips are voluntary and generally non-refundable. We encourage you to review the amount carefully before completing a payment.

2. Exceptions

If you believe a payment was made in error (for example, a duplicate payment), contact us within 7 days of the transaction. We will review requests on a case-by-case basis.

3. Chargebacks

If you file a chargeback through your card issuer, we may provide transaction details to Stripe to resolve the dispute.
